As a Senior Desktop Support Technician, you'll work in a dynamic environment supporting one of our largest clients. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your technical skills and continue to learn new ones all while having fun.
What you'll do at Insight:
:Support clients in person and over the phone
:Install, Configure and Troubleshoot end user desktop issues with Windows
:Track fixed assets and inventory
:Educate and set up new users, including imaging, new hardware and software
:Provide support of CAD/CAM Software to the Design Team
What you'll need to join Insight:
:At least 4 years of experience and or CompTIA PC Hardware Technician Certification.
:Strong experience supporting a variety of CAD/CAM software, (Adobe, Solidworks, 3D Systems, Autodesk, Cimquest to name a few)
:Experience in LANs, WANs, Personal Computers (Dell PC's), messaging and server software applications
:Strong Customer Services Skills and Experience
:Experience using ServiceNow tracking system
:Understanding of large account environments and protocol required.
:Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills. Able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion.
