This position is responsible for assisting planning department with all daily routines. Upload/Download raw data to/from AS400 system. Compiling raw data into report forms. Performs data entry to MRP/MOMS system. Assists with Work Order Management process. Assist in Calendar Purchase Order management process. The position also gathers general information, prepares and distributes daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
:Supports the Planning Department with daily routines.
:Downloads and compiles raw data into report forms through use of MS Excel.
:Enters data to MRP / Moms system.
:Supports Work Order Management process.
:Supports Calendar Purchase Order management process.
:Performs special planning projects as directed by the Planning Department.
:Assembles data and distributes daily reports.
:Maintains Dated Purchase Order reporting and distributes to outside suppliers.
:Prepares and distributes planning reports as directed.
:Highly:proficient in Excel and Word, MRP experience a plus.
:Exceptional data input accuracy required.
:Must be able to write and use queries utilizing some type of system querying tool.
:High School Diploma or GED. Some College preferable.
:Minimum two years doing planning type work; MRP system experience a big plus
