Job Description:/h3:
The Ecommerce Sr. Analyst will play an integral role in helping the Company achieve its ambition by driving the Growth Game Plan into action and building a strong and sustainable organization. The successful candidate will execute the overarching analytic strategy for Ecommerce analytics and enhance the online experience. The Sr. Analyst Ecommerce leverages strong relationships across many functions including, but not limited to: finance, IT, marketing, merchandising and customer service to facilitate understanding and optimization of our online experience.
Specific Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly dashboards and reports. Participate in weekly business review meetings. Identify POS trends, Out:of:Stock issues, and opportunities for optimizing sales and margin.
* Collaborate with members of the Retail Sales team as well as Merchandising, Brand Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to provide analytic support to measure the performance of marketing and trade efforts. Guide end:users in identifying key performance indicators for their areas and then build appropriate reporting that provides insight into the performance of initiatives and approaches within each area.
* Help drive the design and development of Business Intelligence (BI) applications and predictive analytics tools in order to automate and socialize KPI reporting within the organization.
* Collaborate with Ecommerce team to optimize trade/promotional investment with the customer. Coordinate development of analytics to enhance performance and drive awareness.
* Perform POS and Inventory data analysis to provide insights into category growth, promotional performance
* Interpret complex customer and business data to develop an organized set of
* Provide analytic leadership including, but not limited to, business case support, business level productivity, and sales results, annual plan and forecast process.
* Support the continued enhancement and evolution of our analytics capabilities to a best:in:class level. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations and drive new analytics initiatives that contribute to business goals.

Key Interfaces: Sales, Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Development, Supply Chain, IT and Finance

Key Qualifications:
The person must have an established track record in Ecommerce Analytics or similar role. The candidate must be a strong communicator and have a sharp analytical approach. The candidate must be comfortable working in a matrix environment.
Previous analytics experience and technical qualifications:
3+ years of direct and hands:on Ecommerce experience providing solutions to a large global company.
Experience applying an ecommerce lens to segment and category growth.
Experience overlaying web experience data over POS Sales data, Invoice Sales data, and supply chain and operations metrics to provide a holistic program for online growth.
Qualified candidates will have an understanding of analytical processes including but not limited to data management, forecasting, optimization, predictive modeling, and visualization.
Experience with SQL and SAS (PC and/or mainframe) is a plus.
Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Business Objects or Cognos is an asset.
Advanced skills with all Microsoft Office Software for the creation of management reports, presentations, and analysis.
Experience with customer specific business analytic tools.
Skill merging diverse data from different platforms, formats, and environments.
Conceptual thinker with proven analytical and problem:solving skills to see big picture.
