We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join our Laboratory team in Oakland and Allendale, NJ.

  • Inspect and test receiving, in-process and finished products according to standard operating procedures.
  • Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.
  • Write and revise standard operational procedures.
  • Maintain the quality control laboratory and ensure laboratory safety requirements.
  • Qualify, maintain and calibrate quality control inspection, measuring and test equipment in accordance with schedules.
  • Maintain quality records in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Release/quarantine in-process materials based on inspection or test results.
  • Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.

Inventory of Knowledge & Skills Required for Position

  • Requirement of Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in the biological sciences
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication skill, both verbal and written reports.
  • Prior laboratory experience not required but a plus

Education and Experience This position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the biological sciences or engineering.
