A busy law firm in Northern NJ is seeking a full time receptionist/legal assistant. Ideal candidate will have professional manner, excellent written and verbal communiction skills, organizational and prioritizing abilities with an attention to detail. Proficient use of computer and ability to work well with others required.

Job Resposibilities include:
•Greeting visitors, maintaining the vistor log, notifying appropriate employee of vistor's arrival.
•Answering telephone, routing calls, accurately taking and delivering messages.
•Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail daily. Posting outgoing mail.
•Maintaining office equipment and calling for service repairs when necessary.
•Maintaining adequate levels of office supplies and making purchases as required.
•Performing clerical tasks as assigned, including word processing, date entry, filing, etc.
•Keeping office supply room and break room neat and tidy.

Candidate should have a minimum of a high schiool diploma with 1-2 years office experience. You must have recent clerical experience utilizing MS Word.
