Job Responsibilities:

Office Manager / Customer Service Manager will ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations. Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.

A successful candidate should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

Job Duties:

Invoicing customers
Following up with customer billing departments for Receivables
Making payments to vendors & Office bills
Following up with vendors to track Payables
Liasoning with the CPA to help provide CPA information to create Chart of Accounts
Communicate financial information to HQ
Maintain records of all bills/ invoices and sharing with HQ and CPA Office.
Provide an update of Financial Status to HQ on a weekly basis.
Communication with the Bank
Answering phones and entering sales orders / processing EDI orders
Maintaining customer account information records
Resolves customer conflicts and provides resolution that meets both customer and company expectations, along with communication internally any suggested corrective action for preventative measures
Liaisons with shipping dept. to inquire about customer order expediting or order delays
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
