General Description:
Assist in managing companys Installation process, which is an important source of company revenue and profit. Work includes but not limited to performing administrative and complex clerical work. Provide quality installations in a prompt, cost efficient manner and maintain close communication with customers throughout all stages of projects. Responsible for achievements of the Installation departments productivity and quality goals.

Work involves considerable internal and external contacts, access to confidential information and administration of department policies and procedures. Independent judgment and initiative must be exercised.
Job Specific Functions: including but not limited to:
:Responsible for budget management.
:Manage monthly close out procedures and preparation of management reports.
:Assist in the preparation of the company budget.
:Monitor and develop monthly reports of revenues and expenditures for projects
:Book new jobs and review contracts with Sales and Engineering.
:Coordinate with Engineering to review design plans with field technicians and to obtain permit approvals.
:Review and coordinate material and equipment requirements and costs with purchasing and warehouse.
:Qualify subcontractors whenever necessary.
:Coordinate scheduling with customers.
:Perform periodic field inspections to assure quality of installation and adherence to design plans.
:Do job costing and profit analysis and prepare monthly closeout reports.
:Turn over completed projects to System Service Maintenance Agreement team for contract follow:up.
:Maintain close customer contact throughout all phases of projects.
:Run certified payroll for prevailing wage jobs.
:Invoice jobs and assist in collecting money due. Experience with AIA billing preferred.
:Assist with Engineering functions as needed.
General Functions
:Communicate effectively with customers as needed.
:Communicate effectively and work effectively with coworkers.
:Keep appointments and show up to work on time.
:Attitude and actions are in line with companys mission statement, vision and values.
:Show initiative by sharing ideas that may increase company profitability and help the company reach its goals.
