Job Description:/h3:
SUMMARY

Logistics and Supply Chain consulting company is seeking an Executive Administrator to help manage the office and operations in its Sparta HQ

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. Other tasks and duties may be assigned.

Support the President and CEO of the company
: provide written correspondence
: make appointments
: maintain schedules
: make travel arrangements
: support the management of client engagements
: provide communications to clients, business associates and service providers
Maintain company documents such as contracts, organization charts, and phone directories

Maintain company sales and marketing materials and other literature to ensure it is available and up to date

Manage the supplies and maintenance of office machines

Manage and order general office supplies

Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of office space, including conference rooms, reception and kitchen areas

Support sales efforts to land new clients

Support personnel to build and maintain client relationships

Answer phones and route phone calls

Meet and greet office visitors

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with MS Office applications required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to work independently required
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain a plus
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
College degree preferred

Experience in working in an office environment

Base salary commensurate with
experience/abilities
