A dynamic, fast-growing company in Mahwah, NJ is looking for a Customer Service Processing Representative in a Call Center environment. The ideal candidate for this position is dynamic, enthusiastic with customer service or sales experience and excellent communication skills, and organizational skills. Please only apply if you are in a tolerable commuting distance to Mahwah, NJ, and have a flexible schedule to fit call center hours. Applicants must:

Have reliable transportation
Be punctual and reliable
Be professional in appearance and demeanor
Be able to speak clearly and articulately, especially over the phone
Be able to multitask
Must have flexible hours and provide coverage for opening, closing, weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities:

Follow escalated call process. Oversee and respond to real time customer and employee issues.
Establish and monitor goals for acceptable performance as outlined by the department.
Identify trends and escalate issues to manager timely, further enhancing the customer experience.
Additional responsibilities based on business needs.
