Administrative assistant / office manager wanted for law office located in suburban Union County New Jersey. Duties include data entry, light book keeping, preparation of routine legal documents such as stipulations of settlement. Requirements include working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with Filemaker Pro and the Macintosh operating system preferred but not required. Please send resume and cover letter.
