The primary objective of MIM is to maximize our institutional clients long:term economic value by investing in assets that support the clients liabilities and produce a consistent stream of operating earnings.
The Client Services Group (CSG) acts as a liaison with MIMs clients and their third party administrators, as well as with internal MetLife teams. The CSG is responsible for providing end:to:end support of clients across various products including Real Estate Debt, Real Estate Equity, Private Placements and Fixed Income.
:Provide support to the entire Client Services team by assisting in the servicing aspects of multiple and highly complex managed account and fund institutional clients, including preparing client presentations and reports, and assisting with operational inquiries.
:Provide support to Project leader for the implementation of new clients, addition of product lines to existing clients, terminations or transitions of assets.
:Participate in cross:functional projects that impact clients.
:Support audits and/or regulatory examinations.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
:Demonstrated record of success in servicing institutional clients utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
:Exceptional multi:tasking, time management, organization, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
:Strong project management skills including attention to detail and analytical thinking.
:Ability to work within a team environment, effectively handling multiple issues, prioritizing deadlines appropriately and remaining flexible and professional.
:Ability to balance client expectations with MetLife capabilities and understand the impact both administratively and financially.
:3+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services or Investment Management and various investment products (real estate, fixed income, private placements).
:Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or similar.
:Strong MS Office proficiency
