Build, design and implement financial applications. Participate in an Oracle Essbase team, responsible for technical development, administration and maintenance of Oracle EPM solutions financial software. Review data repositories and produce financial and market intelligence through generated periodic reports. Develop EPM and Essbase applications, including BSO and ASO Essbase formulas for EPM applications. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Develop complex financial software related to calculations and data queries from other departments. Work closely with reporting teams and the finance department to coordinate and execute quarterly forecast models, SEC filings and operational and statutory reporting requirements. Work closely with the IT department to maintain technical system infrastructure requirements and enhance and implement financial system integrations. Work with EPM, BI and Data Repositories to deliver financial solutions. Enhance and improve existing processes and recommend changes where needed to limit financial system glitches.
Master s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field and three years of experience in the job offered or three years of EPM system experience. Experience must include three years of the following: installation and configuration of EPM system in production, test and development environment; development and testing of business rules and calc scripts required for running applications in Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase; providing production support for existing applications and disaster recovery; maintaining security groups and access for users across Oracle Hyperion applications; developing financial expense models to calculate Profit and Loss, assets and liabilities accounts, and banking key metrics. Experience must include two years programming in each of the following: VB, VBA, Python, and C#. Experience may be gained concurrently.
