We are looking for a well organized, efficient and reliable individuals to perform duties and responsibilities:

Basic bookkeeping inclusive of payroll processing using SAGE (Similar to Quikbooks), preparing monthly financial invoices with receipts for billing, typing documents, tracking all expenses and income for reporting, maintaining personnel files, mass copying, answering telephone, creating newsletters, typing, attending meetings, scheduling appointments and other assigned duties given by the executive director. Skills needed: Typing, Computer (Excel, Word, Emailing), proficient in writing/reading and faxing. The ability to build trusting relationships is key. Must be a team player and open to learning/new ideas. Must handle stress well and accommodate numerous requests and frequent changes. Able to meet timelines in short periods of times when requested. Accuracy with the ability to pay attention to details is a must.
